The Bloom table lamp is handmade by London-based lighting designer Nicola Cecutti from mixed media including reclaimed plastic and wood, foam, PVA, sand, acrylic paint, and polyurethane. A single dimmable LED bulb within a white glass globe rests on its cylindrical base, which has a gravity-defying tilt and an inviting textured surface.

Nicola uses found objects and industrial building materials to make his sculptural and intriguingly textured lighting collections. His playful pieces often resemble organic forms – in the case of Bloom, a branch with a spring bud.
