The Spagyric Process: "Spagyric" comes from Greek: spao (to separate) and ageiro (to combine). Over 8-10 weeks spanning two complete lunar cycles, we separate, purify, and recombine the three philosophical principles of the mushroom:

• Mercury (Spirit) — The alcohol extract capturing volatile essences
• Sulfur (Soul) — The essential oils and characteristic properties
• Salt (Body) — The mineral salts recovered through calcination

After the liquid extraction is complete, the marc (remaining mushroom matter) is incinerated and calcined toite ash, revealing the minerals previously trapped within. These purified salts are then reunited with the liquid extract through cohobation—creating a whole, complete medicine that honors the mushroom's full essence.
