The salvaged and re-purposed material set into this piece began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested as a byproduct of the industrial auto painting process.
This fordite piece has a great pattern of opaques and metallics in bold multi-layered stripes.

Chain is an 20" oxidized sterling silver 4 strand braided mesh style chain, which is gunmetal grey, and lightweight, with sterling capped ends, and a lobster clasp. 3.6mm diameter. Unique and beautiful!
