Our SPICY MALA raw & ready to roast (raw) Australian Pork Belly has been marinated overnight with in-house spice mix . The pork skin has been pricked by hand and air dried for 48 hours to achieve extreme skin crackle and crunchiness. The set comes with pre-packaged salt crystals and instructions to roast a perfect roast pork belly! 

800g Airfryer size feed 4-5 pax | 1kg size feeds 5-6 pax  | 2 kg size feeds 10-12 pax

Note: Size of the pork will shrink post-roasting. Sio Bak Air fryer size is approx 15-18cm x 15-18cm before roasting (size does vary, but it should fit the largest sized airfryer)

As the roast pork belly is freshly prepared upon request, please notify us 3-4 days in advice so that we've sufficient time to prepare your order.
