An expressive and agreeably fresh nose combines notes of red cherry, currant, earth and a whiff of humus. The palate impression is one of generosity, even opulence as the medium-bodied flavors really fan out on the saline-inflected finish. Once again this is not especially complex but the underlying material appears to have slightly more stuffing and thus more depth is more likely to develop. (89-92)/2025+
