As is almost always the case, the middle weight flavors possess a sleeker and more refined texture that is aided by the abundant dry extract that buffers the firm but not rustic tannins shaping the impressively persistent finish. This is excellent and a wine that should also age well but be enjoyable after only 4 to 6 years of cellaring. (91-93)/2026+
