• Resolution Requirements: Files should have a resolution of 300dpi or higher for the best print quality. Lower dpi is accepted but keep in mind that this may be visibly noticeable in the finished product.
• Preferred Format: We suggest using Canva to create your project and downloading your files in PDF Print format. Use CMYK colour settings for accurate colour reproduction.
• Design Ownership: When submitting files, you confirm that the design is your own or that you hold the necessary rights for it to be printed.
• File Preparation: All files must be final and ready for printing, formatted to match the selected print area. If your files require editing, we will contact you, and additional fees may apply. 
• Email Instructions: Include your order number in the email subject line when sending your design files or reply directly to the order confirmation email for faster processing.
• Artwork Preparation: We can assist preparing the artwork. Artwork preparation includes two proofs/redesigns. Further preparation may result in additional costs.
• Artwork Acceptance: Once artwork proof is accepted, any amendments will not be accepted.

Glues

Applying glue directly to the ink layer may cause undesirable reactions, such as flaking, softening, or bubbling. To avoid this, we recommend testing your chosen glue on a small area before proceeding to ensure compatibility. While some glues may work without issue, testing is essential to confirm suitability for your specific application.

Care Instructions

When cleaning the print surface, take care to avoid damaging the ink layer. Do not use cleaning products or solvents, as these may cause harm. If cleaning is necessary, use only water and a lint-free cloth for a gentle approach.

Project Considerations

UV printed panels are not suitable for use in products that come into contact with food, are intended for children, involve direct skin contact, or are exposed to harsh conditions such as oils, solvents, or other chemicals. To enhance durability and expand potential applications, consider sealing the ink layer to create a protective barrier. This step can help ensure printed acrylic last longer and remain versatile for various projects.
