Beef brisket is a large cut of meat and has an amazing, traditional beef flavour. Our beef brisket has been wet-aged for 14 days and has been cut to the point end by our master butchers. The point end is attached directly to the rib cage and is a thicker cut of dense meat. It has a beautiful, delicious flavour. It is extremely versatile and is perfectly suited for braising, slow cooking and smoking if you are game. You will be delighted by the exceptional combination of rich flavour and tenderness.
