Made from naturally tanned leather, Mother’s Pulse echoes the hidden networks that connect all life. Its flowing, vertical form follows a natural rhythm — a steady pulse drawn from the earth itself.

Through a self-developed colouring process based on metal-infused techniques and natural reactions, subtle darkening emerges across the surface. These shifts in tone are an integral part of the work: they reflect how human actions can unsettle nature’s balance, gently altering what once moved in harmony.

The leather carries visible traces of process, time and interaction. Rather than being refined away, these variations are embraced, allowing the material to speak through its own transformation.
