Simply fill the bottom with water, fill the funnel with espresso powder and put both firmly screwed on the stove with the pot. The induction-suitable plan ground conducts the heat quickly. The seal ensures that the required pressure of about 1 to 2 bar is created, so that the water is pushed up and only briefly comes into contact with the powder.
