The skirt features a built in petti skirt and layers of sparkle mesh with beautiful sequin lace at the hem. The last touch is the beautiful snowflake cape that is attached to dress by little buttons.
Both versions will include a cape.
The gown will have a floor length cape and the short dress will have an ankle length cape. Both capes are removable and button up at the straps.
Ice Queen is part of my manufactured line and will ship within 8-9 weeks from close of pre order.
