The Modalworks Gen 3 Hemi Billet Intake Manifold is engineered for extreme boosted performance on Hellcat-based engines. Proven on the world’s fastest Trackhawk, this manifold delivers unmatched airflow stability, tuning consistency, and intercooler efficiency for high-horsepower turbo builds.

Fits Dodge Hellcat Charger, Dodge Hellcat Challenger, Durango Hellcat, Ram TRX and Jeep Trackhawk—with full hood clearance on all.

Engineered for Maximum Performance

Optimized Runner Geometry

Cylinder runners are shaped, tapered, and profiled to maintain ideal airflow velocity and even cylinder distribution under boost. Each runner has a raised entry velocity stack to smooth incoming air and maintain proper airspeed. This reduces AFR scatter, helps prevent knock, and supports cleaner, more stable combustion at high power levels.

Balanced High-Flow Plenum

The plenum is optimized with CFD specifically for forced-induction pressure conditions, minimizing turbulence and ensuring smooth even airflow into all eight runners. The result is consistent cylinder filling at wide-open throttle.

OEM-Style MAP Sensor Placement

The MAP sensor is positioned to mirror OEM placement, delivering accurate and rapid pressure/temperature readings for stable tuning and predictable boost control.

Integrated 1900 HP Air-to-Water Intercooler

High-capacity intercooler core rated for up to 1900 horsepower. Designed for excellent heat-soak resistance and consistent intake temperatures during long pulls, back-to-back passes, and high-boost operation.

Billet Aluminum Construction

Machined from high-strength aerospace grade billet aluminum for superior strength and long-term reliability in extreme boosted environments.

108mm Throttle Body Ready

The front inlet is machined to fit 108mm throttle bodies, ensuring unrestricted inlet flow for high-horsepower turbo builds.

Optimized Fuel Delivery 

Injector bungs are positioned at the ideal angle to promote proper fuel atomization and alignment with the airflow path. This improves cylinder mixing, reduces wall wetting, and enhances AFR consistency under high boost and high RPM.

Additionally the is manifold accepts stock and upgraded fuel rails and works with OEM style and high impedance Fueltech injectors  

Integrated Vacuum & Boost Reference Ports

To support auxiliary systems, the manifold includes:

• (4) 1/8-NPT ports for boost reference, sensors, fuel pressure regulators, or auxiliary components.
• (1) 3/8-NPT port dedicated for brake booster vacuum or high-flow vacuum needs.

These ports eliminate the need for drilling, external adapters, or add-on blocks.

FAQ

Does it fit under the hood of a Charger or Challenger?

Yes. The Gen 3 manifold maintains full OEM hood clearance on all Hellcat-based applications, including Charger, Challenger, and Trackhawk models. No cutting, spacing, or trimming is required.

Can I get custom engraving?

Absolutely. We offer custom engraving on the side intercooler surfaces. Logos, names, brand marks, or race team identifiers can be added.

What powder coating options are available?

We offer any color and finish you would like. All of our powder coating is done with Primatic Powders products, so browse their selections and let us know what you would like  

Powder coating is optional and typically adds 2 weeks to the lead time.

What throttle bodies does it work with?

The manifold is machined specifically for 108mm throttle bodies to maximize airflow. If you need a different bolt pattern, we can discuss custom machining.
