FINAL NINE is a compact and competitive disc golf card game that builds on everything you know and love about disc golf. It’s about making the right decisions, choosing the right disc, utilizing your skills, avoiding problems, and hoping for a bit of luck – all to sink the putt in the end.

How do you play FINAL NINE?

The goal in FINAL NINE is to get your disc from the tee pad to the basket with the fewest possible throws – using skill and a bit of luck. The game follows a fixed sequence of actions where players make their choices. Each player has a hand of 9 cards consisting of disc and action cards, which are used to determine the flight and landing grid for each throw. The player chooses a disc, possibly adds skill, and throws – but must also be aware of possible deviations and calls along the way. You can play:

• 9 holes, 18 holes, or take a round with Mega-holes
• With Standard or Battle rules
• At REC, AM, or PRO level

Use half the cards, the whole deck – or combine with multiple packs for greater game variation. In FINAL NINE, there are three categories of cards, each playing a central role in the game’s dynamics:

• HOLE cards – these cards define the individual holes and their challenges.
• DISC cards – represent different types of throws: DRIVER, FAIRWAY, MIDRANGE, and PUTTER, each with versions for both backhand and forehand
• ACTION cards – include SKILL, DEVIATION, LUCK, and CALL cards, which can change the FLIGHT of the throw and the final OUTCOME.

All cards are color-coded and have unique icons, so you can quickly identify them in your hand and make the right decisions along the way.
