The PSM-Series is a line of single-output, dual-range programmable linear DC power supplies, available in 120 W and 200 W models including the PSM-2010, PSM-3004, and PSM-6003. Each unit combines a low and a high output range in one instrument, providing controlled DC power for bench work and automated test system integration.
A programmable DC power supply provides a stable, adjustable source of direct-current voltage and current to power a device under test. The PSM-Series is positioned as an ideal choice for high-precision applications such as QA verification and product development.
ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000-square-foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois.
The PSM-Series brings together single-output, dual-range programmable linear DC power supplies rated at 120 W or 200 W. Across the PSM-2010, PSM-3004, and PSM-6003, the shared design provides 1 mV / 1 mA resolution, 0.01% load and line regulation, and low ripple, differing primarily in the voltage and current envelope each model covers.
Every model uses the same dual-range concept — a low range optimized for higher current and a high range optimized for higher voltage — so the series can address a range of bench and automated-test requirements without changing instrument family or control interface.
Each model in the series below links to its own dedicated new product page with condition-matched pricing. Select the model whose output ranges fit the application, then choose the configuration that matches your requirements.
The principal difference across the series is the output envelope. The PSM-2010 and PSM-6003 are rated at 200 W while the PSM-3004 is rated at 120 W, and each model pairs a distinct low range and high range — see the comparison table for the exact voltage and current values per model.
Because resolution, regulation, ripple, protection, and interface features are common to the series, model selection is driven mainly by the voltage and current range required for the load rather than by differences in measurement performance or connectivity.
| Model | Max Output Voltage | Max Output Current | Output Power |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSM-2010 | 20 V | 20 A | 200 W |
| PSM-3004 | 30 V | 7 A | 120 W |
| PSM-6003 | 60 V | 6 A | 200 W |
