This Zeta Gundam resin kit by B-Club includes lots of little sculpted details like hoses and cables you normally wouldn't find on a super deformed kit. Visually this made them similar to the Kazuhisa Kondoh-inspired Gundam kits of the era, a comparison that wasn't lost on B-Club when they suggested modellers could easily convert them into Kondoh-type models in B-Club #40. (see photo)
B-Club's DDC Series covered a wide range of Gundam anime series from the original TV show to the then-new OVA Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Each mobile suit was presented in a "super deformed" style, but unlike contemporary plastic model kits most DDC kits had extra details such as hoses and verniers sculpted in that plastic models couldn't match. They typically also didn't have the big cartoon eyes that were common with SD versions of Gundam's mobile suits (with a few exceptions – lookin' at you, Gundam MK-III).
With only a handful of big, chunky resin pieces for each model and relatively clean casting, these kits can be a good way of getting your feet wet with resin kits.
