Directions: Add 3 1/3 cups pancake mix to 2 1/2 cups cold water. Do not over mix. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Preheat oiled skillet or griddle-375 F. Cook pancakes 1 1/4 -1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Turn only once. For waffles add 3 tbs. of oil.
Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour, sugar, soy, flour, dextrose, soybean oil, buttermilk, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, monocalcium phosphate, and whole egg.

*Because of the leavening in these mixes, they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
*No absorber is placed in the can as it reacts with the leavening.
*Water level may vary on desired thickness of pancakes.
