Comfortable Waterbed – Waterbed for Clinics and Special Needs

Our waterbeds are designed specifically for use within Sensory Room to provide incredible comfort and support evenly across the whole body. Waterbeds offer whole body movement for even the most immobile user and can help promote calm.

Our Waterbeds are special as they comprise soft foam edges and damping filaments, to prevent a ‘seasick’ feeling. Our Waterbeds are supplied in 2 sizes with a heater, heavy duty bladder, foam inserts, thermostat and wipe-clean reinforced PVC cover and can come with 2 different options of platform.

The Solid Platform supports use by ambulant people or via an overhead hoist. All exposed sides are cushioned with 25mm of PVC fabric-covered foam, so are safe and has the same ‘feel’ as the rest of the Waterbed.

The Open Platform is designed for use with mobile hoists and gives plenty of room underneath for the base of a hoist.

Full range of colour options available, but it is supplied in Cream/Blue unless otherwise stated.
