This is the latest machine from Sunmix. Similar features to the Queen but single motor. Same drivetrain and components as the Top Line but with programmable touch screen, reverse, light, and IR temperature sensor. Upgraded motors now so suitable for dough down to 50% hydration. An excellent machine for bakeries and pizzerias.
