This little redwood grom board is a beauty. The glow of the wood grain is beautiful, almost surreal looking. The dark, old growth redwood is salvaged from floorboards that were laid in the 1880s in the Schwan Mansion in Santa Cruz, California. The lighter redwood was salvaged locally. Both woods are used in the vent plug and thruster fins to create a striped pattern. The leash loop is metal, and the rails are cork.
Like all Ventana boards, this is hollow, lightweight and will ride as great as it looks.
