Modalworks Hemi Billet Valve Covers are engineered to address the critical issues that OEM valve covers often face, especially when pursuing high horsepower. Crankcase venting and valvetrain clearance are paramount in high-power builds, and these valve covers are designed to tackle both issues head-on.

Crafted with precision in the USA, these valve covers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum blocks, ensuring a robust yet lightweight structure. Utilizing state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology, we meticulously scanned OEM valve covers to develop these billet covers with exacting precision.

Each cover has dual –12an ORB breathers to effectively manage crankcase pressure and minimizing oil loss into the intake. The spark plug coil mounts feature OEM provisions and contoured mating surfaces that align perfectly with the coil pack gaskets, preventing debris or fluid from entering the spark plug cavity. These valve covers also include mounting points for all wiring and accessories required for every Hellcat-powered model.

The increased height of these covers accommodates aftermarket rocker arms and large valve lift camshafts, ensuring clearance for all aftermarket valvetrain components. Every surface that interfaces with the cylinder head is fully sealed using stock gaskets, guaranteeing superior reliability and leak-free operation.
