How to use

1. Clean skin thoroughly and apply conductive gel or massage oil before use.
2. Remove all metal jewellery before starting.
3. Select the appropriate handle for your treatment area.
4. Move the handle continuously — do not stay in one spot for too long.
5. Avoid use directly over bones.
6. After 1 hour of continuous use, rest the device for 10–15 minutes.
7. Clean handles after use with a damp cloth or cotton swab — do not use disinfectants on probes.
