Recommended Usage: Suggested dosage is between 15-30 drops, up to three times a day. It's recommended to take the first dose in the morning after waking, and the second dose between 1-3 pm. An evening dose can be taken, but some sensitive individuals have a difficult time sleeping with an evening dose. If you experience this, simply take it in the morning and afternoon.
