The Rigol MHO5000 series is a high-resolution digital oscilloscope designed to satisfy a variety of design, debugging, and testing requirements. Based on RIGOL's brand new self-developed Centaurus platform, it features 12-bit resolution, with excellent noise floor and vertical measurement accuracy.

Logic analysis requires the optional PLA3204 logic probe. Four channels models feature arbitrary waveform generation hardware which can be enabled with option MHO5000-AWG.
