The Demon's heavy duty axle is equipped with a TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boot that is stronger, stiffer, fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and temperature resistant than standard OEM boots. At Demon Powersports, we design and test all of our heavy-duty axles with 1.5 inches of plunge travel and 40° of terrain mobility. The outboard joint can move 0.5 inches and can swing 45° to 47° depending on the model. The axle uses molybdenum grease to achieve low friction and smooth movement.
