Compared to its predecessor, the EP 3000, the operation of the Programat EP 3010 has been made even easier thanks to its new touch-colored screen, modern icons, intuitive menu-based navigation, and the proven membrane-covered keyboard.

The new QTK2 heating muffle, together with the SiC (silicon carbide) base reflector, ensures uniform heat distribution in the firing chamber. As a result, a more even and reliable preheating is achieved in the investment ring. Furthermore, these features allow users to press challenging objects, such as those with very thin marginal areas, and achieve higher quality results.

The electronic press drive with a power sensor allows precise control of the press plunger down to the micrometer range. The integrated Crack Detection System (CDS) immediately stops the press procedure if a crack occurs in the investment ring, thus protecting restorations in the best possible way.

From software version V4.0 onward, the device includes the FPF (Fully Automatic Press Function). With this feature, the user only needs to place the investment ring into the press chamber and press the start button. The machine takes care of the rest automatically. The new FPF technology significantly simplifies the proven press process, while also increasing both system reliability and laboratory efficiency. Excellent press results are achieved in a very short time.
