Pu'er Ripe Tea Brewing Tips
① High-temperature Brewing (Use boiling water at 100℃. Fermented ripe tea is rich in internal substances. Boiling water can fully stimulate brown sugar aroma and aged fragrance, presenting thick and silky tea soup.)
② Fixed-point Water Injection (Pour slowly along the wall at 45° with a fixed water inlet. Do not impact tea leaves directly, to avoid stirring tea residues and releasing peculiar taste.)
③ Quick Soup Pouring (Ripe tea is highly resistant to brewing, more than 15 infusions available. Slow pouring will easily cause heavy dull taste and affect sweet and mellow flavor.)
