Original to c.1905, this Edwardian cluster ring is the definition of dainty and delicate. Set with five natural square-shape step-cut sapphires with a combined approximate weight of 0.55ct, in open-back platinum rub-over settings with millegrain edge detail. The sapphires have a distinctive periwinkle-blue hue, with slight variations in light and deeper tones. They subtly graduate in size, giving a balanced spread across the width of the finger. Surrounded by a cluster design of 24 single-cut diamonds grain and rub-over settings finished with polished edge. The gallery is very intricately pierced and sits nice and low in profile, making this ring super comfortable to wear. The delicate shoulders lightly taper to a solid 18ct yellow gold shank.
Excellent: all stones are secure and well set, with no damage to the mount. Professionally polished and carefully inspected by our workshop, ready to wear and enjoy.
Unless stated otherwise, gem weights and specifications are estimated (assessed in mount).
