The Westcliff Dress is a stylish and comfortable knit dress.   It features a wrap front, an a-line skirt and optional gathered lower tier.  The pattern includes a simple tie belt. There is also a tutorial on how to turn this dress into a cropped top. This dress is perfect for everyday wear but can also be dressed up for any occasion.
