Yes. This uses the factory connector and wiring points—no splicing or adapter needed. Unplug the old switch, plug in the new one, and you're done.

Will I need to remove the entire door panel to install this?

You'll need to access the door panel to reach the switch housing, but full panel removal depends on your comfort level. The switch itself sits in a trim ring on the inner door handle area and comes out fairly quick once you have access.

What if the switch doesn't work right after I install it?

Test it before reassembling the door—roll windows up and down, check lock/unlock. If nothing happens, verify the connector clicked all the way in. If the connector is tight and still no power, the issue is upstream in your door wiring or main switch, not this unit.
