Do I need hood pins with this carbon fiber hood?

Hood pins are optional for street driving but highly recommended if you plan track use or drive at sustained high speeds. They secure the hood against aerodynamic lift and prevent accidental opening. Pins are sold separately.

Will this hood fit with my factory latch and hinges?

What finish should I apply, and will clear coat affect the carbon weave?

Carbon fiber can be left clear to show the weave texture, or painted to match your body color. A UV-protective clear coat is recommended to preserve the finish and prevent oxidation. Apply clear coat over the hood's entire surface for consistent protection.
