Do these plug straight into my factory connectors?

Yes. These use factory mounting points and bolt in where your original headlights were. You'll connect to your existing wiring harness — no adapters or splicing needed.

Will I need to aim these after installation?

Test-fit them first. Most projector units arrive pre-aimed, but if your headlight buckets have wear or play, you may need a minor adjustment. A headlight aiming tool (available at any auto parts store) takes about 10 minutes per side if needed.

Are the LED DRL bulbs replaceable, or does the whole unit go if one burns out?

The LED DRL elements are integrated into the housing. If a single LED fails, the assembly would need replacement — they're not designed as field-replaceable bulbs like your high/low beam elements.
