During these special years, the Champagne House meticulously selects its finest wines, evaluating each cru and grape variety to capture the essence of that vintage. Every wine undergoes individual fermentation in oak casks before the blending process. The composition typically features 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, creating a signature balance that reflects the distinctive character of these premium harvests.
