Great '80s secretary blouse by Morgan City by Eugene Smith. Sheer red 100% polyester material, pearl buttons down the front, deep v neck, puff 3/4 sleeves, matching detachable belt. When cinched, it creates a peplum effect. Machine washable! The cuffs have not button fastening. There is just a thin strap of shoulder pad to create the puffed sleeve effect (photo 11). In excellent vintage condition; the belt has some creases from age (last photo). Marked size Medium, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it could fit a Large as well. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
