This beautiful high waist skirt is made from silk/wool/cotton and features a 3-inch wide, flat waistband in burgundy, black, and metallic gold ribbon. It has a straight silhouette, center back zipper, and is vented at the back hemline. Though this is from the 1980's, it looks nearly new!
