The Tapestry Rose, she is a stunning 1970s cotton blend romantic prairie dream. Her labels have faded but I can verify this is a Vicky Vaughn dress, who was a fantastic USA label during the 1960s and 1970s. She has the most amazing broadscale floral print with large bird looking features, lace cuffs and panelling and a corset feature bust. This beauty is a Romantic dream and it is so rare we find dresses as beautiful as this, I cannot wait to see where Tapestry Rose continues her next chapter.

Tapestry Rose has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. She can safely be washed at home on a cool setting. She is in good vintage condition, she does have some minor signs of wear and her inside seams are not overlocked, which was very common for USA made dresses of this period.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
