Brand - I believe it is handmade
Size - I'm a modern medium and this just fit barely in the shoulders for me. I think it might be better for a modern small. That's what the mannequin is
Shoulders - They aren't completely defined but it is shaped with a slight curve at the shoulders and at that point it's approximately 14.75" across
Width - approximately 29" across in the chest area
Side Length - 18" from neckline
Center Length - 29.5" from neckline
Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
