Vintage 1960s - 1970s shirtdress. Super soft, almost velvety, pique | ribbed cotton. Beige with batik accents / trim that offers a boho / tribal feel, but also seems Western in style to me. Embroidery on collar may be a flower, reminded me of a lariat for some reason.
