The Tyrnos and the Tyrnos II (2 speed) are some of Shimano’s fastest lever drag multipliers, with extra large gears and an extended handle length for increased torque generation. For additional versatility, larger sizes are also available in a 2-Speed (II) option, with prestigious cranking power.$ The larger 2-Speed Tyrnos (II) models are the perfect reels if you fish deep oceans for extra large fish. In their fastest setting they can rip leads up from the bottom at up to 115cm per handle turn, but with a simple press of a button seamlessly turn into awesome cranking machines, capable of winching the meanest conger or largest shark.
